Kenny is glad that the boys aren't scared of bugs. He was nervous that my screaming about spiders might instill in them fear.

Going on a BUG Hunt!
Last year while visiting GE & Grandad in Kansas, I found this lovely treasure while organizing my mother's basement. She sent me home with all kinds of fun things for the boys to play with, but this is definitely their favorite...the bug catcher. The boys have spent hours the last several days catching ladybugs. I am able to send them in the backyard and not hear from them for an hour or two...priceless! Ian asked me what they liked to drink and I told them water, so then he started filling up a glass of water for their treasured pets. Both were sad at the end of the day when we let the ladybugs out. Drew was upset that we would not let the ladybugs sleep with him up in his bunk bed. What fun the bug catcher has been and thank goodness for ladybugs!
