Will she be a Tomboy?

As the boys were walking out the door to go to church with my mom, I told the boys, "No trucks at church!" As they went out the door I went back to my sleeping little girl and found this! Owen had placed his truck that he was playing with by Mya to guard until he gets back. Very cute, but it made me wonder how I am going to have my girly-girl when she is surrounded by boys!

Victory! Not that it matters....

Who we gonna call...Goal Busters!

The boys are loving getting to play soccer. Kenny had his own one on one practice with the boys this week after he noticed some areas in the last game the boys could use some work. They practiced throwing the ball into a teammate, by their feet, stopping the ball with their feet, and getting in front of the ball to kick it back in the opposing teams direction. I think all the practicing payed off because the boys team, Goal busters, had another wonderful victory this weekend. The final score was 5-7. Drew made 4 goals and Ian 3. We are so proud of them!

Mya Coleen is HERE!!!

On September 18th we welcomed into the world and our little family the most precious, beautiful baby girl, sorry I'm biased! She has dark brown hair, long fingers and toes, and the cutest little nose. She weighed 6lbs. 11 oz. and was 18in. long. She is healthy and perfect! Her big brothers adore her and already are fighting over who gets to hold her. They are her "Bodyguards!"

After my c-section I had to go sit in recovery for an hour, so the boys got to peek at Mya before I even got to.

Proud Daddy of Four!

One of my favorite moments!

Mya with big brother Drew.
Mya with big brother Ian.
Mya with big brother Owen.
Mya with Ge, who has been a huge help. I am so thankful for supportive and loving family memebers!

Here is our little girl! Our family is now complete!
Mya's first day in the world.

She is absolutely perfect in every way!  I am so blessed the Lord gave me this sweet little girl to raise.  I could not be more happy than I am right now!  I love you to the Moon and Back Mya!!

Happy Birthday Drew!

6 years ago today, I delivered my first sweet little baby! Drew entered the world with red hair and a fiery temperament to go along with it. He has turned into a strawberry blond and more even tempered child. I love him dearly and am so thankful to have him in our family. Our celebration was low key this year, since we have such a big day tomorrow. Ge came into town last night, so she was here to help us celebrate Drew's special day. He requested popsicles for school, a blue frosting cake, pizza, and a scooter. We were able to deliver it all!

Drew had a great day!

It is hard for me to believe, that tomorrow I will be delivering my fourth baby! Drew is most excited for his present tomorrow, his little baby sister!

Showering Mya with Gifts!

I am so lucky to have some of the best of friends out here in California. My good friend, Crissa, came up with the cutest theme and decorations for the shower. She went along the lines of birds, which is how we decorated Mya's room. She had help from many others creating the most amazing dessert buffet. I loved and partook of all the goodies, which did not help with the weight gain, but was greatly appreciated. I had so many good friends attend and they all showered Mya with lots of wonderful gifts. It was weird to me to see so much pink!!!!
Look how cute the bird house cake is!
Excellent Friends.
One of my favorite gifts! Owen has loved on this baby so much. He'll be great with Mya!

I received alot of cute clothes.

Thank you so much to all of those who helped throw me an amazing shower and for those who came out to help me celebrate our little girl. I really appreciate all your friendship.

It doesn't matter who wins or loses....

Drew and Ian had their first official soccer game this Saturday. This is their first year to play, so its all about the fun of the game. Not that we were keeping score or anything, but we totally won! Okay, so I kept track! As we were driving there Ian did say, "I really want to beat them!" We hadn't even talked about winning or losing, but I know he gets his competitiveness from Kenny. The final score was 5 to 2. Drew made 2 of the five and Ian made the other 3 goals. Thats right...our boys dominated!!! Okay, so our boys did sometimes push their own teammates just to get the ball, but we'll work on that. Kenny couldn't have been happier to see his boys playing a sport that he loves. I couldn't help but be one of those moms, screaming/cheering loudly for her boys! I love this game! Ian scoring!

Boys Vintage Photo Shoot

I had quite an extensive "To-Do" list before Mya arrived. Getting the boys photos updated was on my list and my good friend, Darcy Patterson completed this one for me. She is such a talented photographer and I am so lucky to be able to have her take photos for my family. She did Mya's yesterday. I will blog them as soon as I get to see them. For now, here are some of my favorites of the boys.
Drew 6 yrs. Old

Ian 4 yrs. Old

Owen 2 yrs. Old

Isn't Darcy Awesome!!!! I'm so thankful for talented friends, thanks so much Darcy!
