{Spring Sports}

I love how active my children are and how excited they get when another season of sports come around!  Our Saturdays are filled with games and running around and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Good Reminder :)

Owen- Soccer

Tongue out :)

Love his facial expressions!

I love when we have good coaches!

 Mya- Soccer

 This was Mya's first season playing soccer and she loved playing with her best friend Brooklyn.
The two were joined at the hip and cheered each other on and made some awesome plays together.  They both are little soccer stars and led their team to many victories!!!

Tongue out---That how the Summers play!

Kenny was so proud that his daughter was a natural.  He was worried she was going to take after me!

Mya made several goals each game and ran her heart out.  I can't wait to see how her soccer skills improve.  I hope she always has a love for the sport.  I loved watching her!!!
I love these two!

Melanie Pitcher was their coach and she was awesome!  The girls loved her!

Always sad to see the season end!  It was definitely a great one!

I ADORE MY KIDS and am so PROUD of ALL of THEM!!!

{Sprucing Up}

Our Veterinary clinic, is outdated, and in desperate need up some updating.  We are only renting the building and have high hopes of building a brand new hospital in the next 4 years, so renovations are kept to a minimal.  With the help of the kids, we did tear down the puppy dog and kitty cat wallpaper and did some painting.  The rooms look cleaner, but still needed something for the blank walls.  Kenny put me in charge of finding art work.  I always love getting to spend someone else's money, even if it is technically still our money now that we own it!

Kenny doing what Kenny does best!

I took this picture of Dr. Kronkright, Dr. Summers,  & Dr. Asmus  for their new pamphlet.

After hours of looking at animal art work.  I decided on these photos!  My favorite is of the terrier with the toilet paper that is now in the bathroom of the vet clinic.  We retired the pheasant pictures that were in there.  Kenny didn't think we needed artwork for the bathroom, but I strongly disagreed!

Mya trying to imitate the cat!

We did take down the shelves that held dog food.  It opened up the back wall, so we could put our logo on it.  It looks so much better!

More updates in the future....

{Rainbow Loom}

The Rainbow Loom craze has hit Drew hard and the bracelets have taken over his arms!!!!  In my day I remember the slap bracelets being very popular, but I remember only wearing one or two on your wrist.  Kids now are wearing multiple rubber band bracelets and I wonder when it will ever stop!
 Drew only takes off his bracelets to shower or when he plays sports.  He loves creating different types of bracelets like the fishtail or zippy chain.  I encouraged him to try making something different, so after some research online, he decided to make a snake.
 I was pretty excited about his choice, thinking at least he wouldn't be wearing it.....

I was wrong!!!

{Denver Bound}

We traveled to Denver for cousin Michael's baptism.  It is always fun to get to play with cousins!

Mya loves her Aunties and cousin Penny!

Matchy-Matchy

 Having fun at the Denver Zoo

Mya loved the Ape

My Herd of Elephants!!!

I left Catherine at the house with the boys and came back to find their hair cut like this...

Penny got the same hair do!!

When we traveled home, we stopped off at Glenwood Hot Springs!

We were sad to miss Aunt Carol when we were in Denver.  She was visiting Washington D.C. with Owen's George Washington and Abe Lincoln art work he sent to her.  She was awesome and sent us pictures of all their travelings!

My kids have the best Aunties!!!!
